Do you feel… restless, unresolved, over-active, tired, worn out, scattered, anxious, threatened, helpless, worried, scared, uncertain, pushed or rushed?
Are you… struggling to fall asleep, unable to switch off, suffering with insomnia, unable to enjoy the present moment, over-thinking everything, anxious about tomorrow, constantly dissecting information, doubting yourself or resenting others that appear more calm and in control?
If any of the above speaks to you, friends, family or loved ones then join us in this intimate Wellbeing Workshop. This workshop is design to allow participants to connect, learn, heal and grow.
