Kinesiology Course Payment Plans
By The Bay Kinesiology offers payment plans for all our Kinesiology courses to assist your learning pathway. The payment plan requires the $150 non-refundable deposit/administration fee to be paid upfront on enrolment to secure your place as well as 50% of the course fee to be paid off prior to the beginning of the course.
The remaining 50% balance of payment must be paid off in full within a two month period of the course completion. Minimum $200 per month with the first payment due prior to commencement of the course. Payments are to be deposited fortnightly or monthly into By The Bay Kinesiology’s bank account.
All course attendance and proficiency certificates are held until full payment has been received. A legal payment plan agreement is drawn up and emailed to you to sign agreeing to the terms and conditions of payment.
Payment Plan Example:
Kineasy Intro Course – $550 – Starting 10 February.
$150 non-refundable deposit due on enrolment (two week’s prior to commencement – 26 January)
$125 to be paid prior to 10 February (this amount plus the deposit equates to 50% of the total course fee)
$200 due 10 March
$75 due 10 April
How do I setup a Payment Plan?
If you require a payment plan, first you MUST ENROL IN THE KINESIOLOGY COURSE you are wishing to attend through our online enrolment form and pay the $150 non-refundable deposit/administration fee into our bank account to secure your place. When enrolling please ensure you select ‘Direct Bank Transfer’ as the payment method and answer ‘YES’ to the question ‘Would you like a payment plan?’. You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon completion of your enrolment which provides you with our bank account. Once we have received your deposit and enrolment form we will be in contact via email to organise a suitable payment plan agreement.
