I understand and agree that no Attendance Certificate, Proficiency Certificate, Statement of Competency, course completion documentation, or other certification will be issued to me as the Student until all amounts owing under this payment plan have been paid in full and cleared by By The Bay Kinesiology Pty Ltd.

Cancellation Policy:*

All cancellations and request for refunds must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, unless Trainer cancels. In the event of a cancellation a refund is given on balance of payment as follows: More than 14 days cancellation notice, full refund less $500 non-refundable deposit/administration fee; 7-14 days cancellation notice, 50% refund less $500 non-refundable deposit/administration fee; Less than 7 days’ notice, no refund and no transfer to the next time this program runs or to any other course, workshop or program regardless of circumstance. If after the program has commenced, you are unwell or unable to stay and complete the module or attend any part of the full program you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount. Should you only miss one module and can attend all others, you may be eligible to schedule a time with the Trainer directly to cover this module 1:1, please note additional fees will apply. Every effort is made to ensure program modules are run as per scheduled dates. By The Bay Kinesiology reserves the right to move the date of any module with prior notification.
