EMK Instructor - Online Program Application Form
For Certified Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology Instructors Only
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE APPLYING:
As the EMK Modality continues to expand, in 2026 experienced Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK) Instructors will have the opportunity to teach the six EMK Courses fully online globally, in addition to their in-person delivery.
This online program is structured to closely mirror the in-person training format, with the following requirements and conditions:
Program Structure & Credentials
- Course contact hours remain the same (i.e. 16 live face-to-face hours for Kineasy)
- Standard certificates, homework, and assessment requirements must be upheld in line with the existing course structure
- Students will complete their Practical Assessment online as part of the live training
- All online teaching sessions must be delivered live, recorded, privately uploaded, and shared with enrolled participants and Denise (if requested)
- Live Attendance must be monitored, recorded and replays provided where applicable for time zone allowances
- A final one-on-one live 90 minute Zoom session is required to assess each online student’s practical competency upon completion of the six EMK online courses. During this session, students must demonstrate practical techniques from all courses, from Kineasy through to Auras. This assessment is required for the student to be eligible for certification as an EMK Practitioner and must be conducted once the student has received all EMK course proficiency certificates (excluding EMK Practitioner Certification Training Program). The session is to be conducted by the student’s main instructor and charged at a standard flat rate of AUD$250 including GST for 90 minutes for all students. (Competency Marking Template Provided)
Online Program Pricing & Fee Structure
- Course Fee per student: AUD$880 including GST per 2 day course
- BTBK Royalty Fee: 25% per student enrolment
- Course Training Manual: No course manual fee is charged, as all training manuals will be provided electronically. No print manual versions will be available for this online program
- International pricing must reflect the AUD$880 benchmark converted to local currency
Instructor Administration Requirements
- Class Rosters: A class roster must be completed and maintained up to date for each course and stored in the EMK Instructor Google Drive. EMK Head Office will update this with NDA and manual distribution information.
- Digital Manual Orders: All student digital manuals must be ordered directly from By The Bay Kinesiology website (a new section will be added). Orders must match class rosters, and once finalised, access will be granted to students to download their course training manual.
- Website Listings: Clearly list your online course dates, pricing, and program requirements on your website, EMK events and marketing materials after the official launch date.
Confidentiality & Launch Timeline
- The EMK Courses Online Program remains confidential and is not to be publicly promoted or discussed outside of the EMK Instructor group at this stage.
- The official launch of the program is scheduled for around 1 August 2025, with further communication and resources to follow closer to the date and beyond.
Eligibility Criteria for EMK Instructors to Teach the EMK Courses Online Program
To be eligible to apply, you MUST meet all of the following requirements:
- Be a certified and currently active EMK Instructor in 2025.
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience actively teaching as an EMK Instructor.
- Have delivered EMK advanced courses (Meridians, Transpersonal Chakras & Auras) online in 2025 and for at least one full year.
- Commit to teaching all EMK Courses in-person throughout 2026.
- Have facilitated the Kineasy Intro Course to a minimum of 10 students total.
- Be actively teaching the full EMK Courses pathway during 2025.
