BY THE BAY KINESIOLOGY CANCELLATION POLICY AND WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CURRENCY
All currency throughout our website is in AUD$, Australian Dollars, and all prices are inclusive of GST, Goods & Services Tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY – KINESIOLOGY COURSES, WORKSHOPS, PROGRAMS & GROUP MENTORING EVENTS
All in-person and online Kinesiology Courses, Workshops, Programs or Group Mentoring event cancellations must be made in writing via email to the By The Bay Kinesiology office. The non-refundable deposit/administration fee is non-refundable, unless Instructor cancels.

Once a cancellation notice is received in writing, our refund policy is as follows:

  • More than 14 days cancellation notice: The non-refundable deposit/administration fee ($250-$500) is forfeited with the balance of payment made available for refund.
  • Less than 14 days cancellation notice or ‘no-show’: No refund and no transfer to the next time this event or to any other course, workshop, program or group mentoring event runs regardless of your circumstances, including your personal situation, health, finances, life events, travel, natural disasters or anything else as per Consumer Affairs Victoria guidelines for events.

In the event of a global pandemic (ie. Covid-19), you will be offered to complete your study program online, or in-person where possible, abiding by the Department of Health and Human Services guidelines. Every reasonable effort will be made to assist you to complete your Kinesiology Courses, Workshops, Programs or Group Mentoring in a reasonable time frame.

Every effort is made to ensure Kinesiology Courses, Workshops, Programs or Group Mentoring are run as per scheduled dates. By The Bay Kinesiology reserves the right to cancel any of these events due to insufficient enrolments (ie. less than six students). In the case of a course, workshop, program or group mentoring event being cancelled, fees will be refunded or transferred to a future date. By The Bay Kinesiology reserves the right to move the date of any event with prior notification.

Please tick the box when enrolling to confirm you have read and agree to our cancellation policy and terms and conditions of the event you are purchasing and enrolling in. Once ticked and agreed to, you will be able to proceed with your enrolment through the checkout.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
By The Bay Kinesiology delivers products using Australia Post. Shipping/Postage costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Some items are delivered at flat postage rates. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched in 3 business days. Shipping/Postage times are estimated at between 3-7 business days within Australia depending on your location and 7-14 business days internationally depending on your location.

By The Bay Kinesiology ships good Australia wide and internationally to New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States of America with more countries being added regularly.

PRODUCT REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.

SECURITY POLICY
When purchasing from By The Bay Kinesiology, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Westpac PayWay API. Card data is not hosted by By The Bay Kinesiology after processing.
