All currency throughout our website is in AUD$, Australian Dollars, and all prices are inclusive of GST, Goods & Services Tax.

Cancellation Policy – Kinesiology Courses, Workshops & Mentoring
All course, workshop, program or mentoring cancellations and request for refunds must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, unless Trainer cancels.  In the event of a cancellation a refund is given on balance of payment as follows: More than 14 days cancellation notice, full refund less $200 – $300 non-refundable deposit/administration fee; 7-14 days cancellation notice, 50% refund less $200 – $300 non-refundable deposit/administration fee; Less than 7 days’ notice, no refund and no transfer to the next time this course runs or to any other course, workshop or program regardless of circumstance.

If after the course has commenced, you are unwell or unable to stay and complete the course or attend any part of the course (ie. day 2) you will not be entitled to a refund of any amount. Should you wish to attend the next course, you will be allowed to attend and required to pay a 50% repeater fee for that day (ie. $357.50 per day x 50% repeat fee = $178.75 additional payment) and you will attend as an additional person (therefore you may be placed into a group of three for practical work). The offer to repeat is only valid for the next immediate course date offered for that course, no extension will be given for future course dates.

Every effort is made to ensure courses are run as per scheduled dates. By The Bay Kinesiology reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrolments (ie. less than six students). In the event of a course being cancelled, course fees will be refunded or transferred to a future course date. By The Bay Kinesiology reserves the right to move the date of any module with prior notification. Please tick box to confirm you have read the cancellation policy and terms and conditions of the course and accept these and wish to proceed with course enrolment through checkout. Please note that this cancellation policy is only applicable to course, workshop, program and mentoring enrolments, and doesn’t apply to course manual or product purchases.

Shipping and Delivery
By The Bay Kinesiology delivers products using Australia Post. Shipping/Postage costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Some items are delivered at flat postage rates. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched in 3 business days. Shipping/Postage times are estimated at between 3-7 business days within Australia depending on your location and 7-14 business days internationally depending on your location.

By The Bay Kinesiology ships good Australia wide and internationally to New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States of America with more countries being added regularly.

Product Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.

Security Policy
When purchasing from By The Bay Kinesiology, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Westpac PayWay API. Card data is not hosted by By The Bay Kinesiology after processing.
