By The Bay Kinesiology sends an appointment confirmation SMS message the week of your appointment with at least 2-3+ days notice . Please note once your appointment has been confirmed, if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will apply, cancellations after 8.30 am on the day of your appointment or a ‘no show’ will be charged at 100%. When given enough cancellation notice, I am then able to contact client’s on my waiting list to offer them the opportunity to have a kinesiology session in your place. Thank you for your understanding.
Full payment of your kinesiology session is due at the end of of your appointment. By The Bay Kinesiology accepts payment via cash, electronic funds transfer to our nominated bank account and Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards. Please note a bank credit/debit card surcharge fee is incurred with all Visa and Mastercard payments. There are no EFTPOS facilities available. On request a Tax Invoice/Receipt can be emailed to you for your records.
Gift Vouchers are a wonderful present for your loved ones and can be used towards sessions, courses or any products in our shop. Gift vouchers are available for use within 12 months from date of issue and subject to appointment availability. If using for a Kinesiology Appointment, please book appointments well in advance.
