Cancellation Policy

By The Bay Kinesiology and/or Healing with Energy sends an appointment confirmation SMS message the week of your appointment. Please note once your appointment has been confirmed, if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or a ‘no show’ a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will apply.  When given enough cancellation notice, I am then able to contact client’s on my waiting list to offer them the opportunity to have a Shiatsu Therapy Treatment in your place. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Methods

Full payment of your Shiatsu Therapy Treatment is due at the end of of your appointment. Healing with Energy accepts payment via cash or electronic funds transfer to our nominated bank account. Please note there are no EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard facilities available. On request a receipt can be emailed to you for your records.
